Current Decathlon standings (at 5th Nov 2025)

Swimmers must swim 10 events in licenced galas made up of:
1 x 1500 or 800 FC
1 x 400FC or 400 IM
2 x 200s
2 x 100s
The remainder of the swims can come from any event (including those in the categories above).
We calculate a points value for each swim based on the county accepted qualifying time for the swimmer (QT used is age on the day of the swim to make things a bit more even for late-year born swimmers).
Each swimmer's top 10 events are used to make up their total score.
Everyone who completes the Decathlon will receive a prize with a fantastic mystery prize being awarded to the winner of the event.
